Marlin Apartments Ltd has recently restored the frontage of the locally listed 89 Westminster Bridge Road building. Now, we are coming forward with plans for a 48-bed boutique hotel on the brownfield land located to the rear of 89 Westminster Bridge Road.
We are grateful to everyone who shared their views on our plans. The public consultation period has now ended and we are looking to submit a planning application to Lambeth Council in the coming months.
